A couple of quick drawings from the other weekend. I wanted to try out some new white paint pens I ordered last month and haven't really used.

Bison Thursday

I have just realised I have forgotten to update the ol blogger. 

It is so incredibly time consuming taking photos, editing and updating to Facebook (x3.. Personal, Art, and Fanpage), Behance, Etsy, the website, and the blog. And really, I'd rather just be drawing instead. However, although I am drawing purely for my own enjoyment it is amazing to find out that other people are enjoying what I am doing as well. So these social networking things are a little bit important. Im 100% sure that people aren't following this blog waiting for me to update them on what I am up to, but it is the front page of my actual website.. Hello!

Okay, so a couple of weekends ago I just myself away a drew this in a day and half.

I've titled it 'Bison Thursday' and it really makes me laugh.

I have been wanting to draw a bison ever since I put on in the totem pole in the 'Stay Still' drawing. Most people aren't even aware of the little stack of animals in the corner of that drawing.

Hellooo..

ETSY!!! 

I have caved in and gone and got myself an etsy store. I have had an accout for a few years, but gave up after a while. 

I'm giving it another go, hoping that people who don't know me well enough to ask for orders through facebook, will order over etsy as it is totally secure and trustworthy. 

I've started small and put just a select few coasters up and some new products.

Yesterday I dragged my hungover self out of bed and made our way into Southsea for the Southsea Boutique Market at Little Johnny Russells on Albert Road.

I've not done a market in Porstmouth yet, so wasn't sure how well my stuff would go down. I was quite pleased with the outcome, and am looking forward to doing more. 

I hope that everyone who picked up a business card and free stickers, will also find me on facebook and add me or like my page. I promise I am not overly promotional and annoying, but there you will find photo albums of all the coasters and prints I am selling.

After putting these out Friday night, I came home to an email from someone who found it. I wanted to share the email as it was such a nice email. 

We were just out walking Wilson

Actually Florence (who\'s 5) noticed it 
first..!

As we were loooking at it a man smiled 
at us as he walked by - So we offered 
your artwork.. and gave him the little 
card inside one we took - so he could 
get in contact ! He maybe thought we 
must know you - as he asked if he 
could make a donation@!

So hey - you may get a young chap 
emailing to say a BIG thank you for 
brightening up our little evening walk 
in Chichester...

Family Tree

Years ago my friend asked me to help her design a tattoo of a family tree with her family's initials in the tree some how. Fast forward a couple of years, it never came to fruition, but I had drawn a little scretch that I came across the other day when cleaning. As it was her birthday coming up I figured I would finish the drawing and get it printed out on a canvas.
